INSCRIPTION OF PLANTS/ITEMS
Anyone, wether a member of an orchid society or vendor, wishing to exhibit plants, artistic works or photos for Orchidexpo 2026, must register them for the in-house judging on Saturday morning. It is strongly recommended that you do this in advance rather than waiting until Friday, the day before the exhibition.
Registration should preferably be done directly online, or exceptionally via a paper form which is available below and on site.
Online registration is open from Saturday, March 14, until Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Paper registration is open on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Exceptionally, it is possible to register your plants manually by completing this paper form (PDF) and dropping it off at the registration desk on Friday March 20, 2026 between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. You can also send it by email at enregistrement.odm@gmail.com before the same Friday at noon.
However, we encourage you to use the online registration above as much as possible.
